Last Updated: 15/07/2026

At First Aid Education, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of training and customer service. We value all feedback and view complaints as an opportunity to learn, improve and maintain the quality of the services we provide.

1. Making a Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can work towards a prompt and fair resolution.

Complaints should ideally be submitted in writing by email or through our contact form, providing as much detail as possible, including:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • The date and location of the course or service.
  • A clear description of your complaint.
  • Any supporting information that may assist our investigation.

2. Our Process

Once we receive your complaint, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five working days.
  2. Investigate the matter thoroughly and fairly.
  3. Respond with our findings and any proposed resolution, normally within ten working days. Where additional time is required, we will keep you informed of our progress.

3. Our Commitment

Every complaint is treated confidentially, impartially and with respect. We are committed to investigating all concerns fairly and will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues to the satisfaction of everyone involved.

Where appropriate, we will use the outcome of complaints to improve our courses, procedures and customer experience.

4. Contact Us

Complaints can be submitted using the contact details provided on our Contact Us page. We recommend raising any concerns as soon as possible so they can be investigated while the details remain current.
